"WH-ERE IS BO-DY..."

- The Headless Man to Aya

The Headless Man is one of Alfred Drevis's test subjects, who Aya later finds as she explores the Basement 1F.

Appearance[]

The Headless Man has very pale skin, somewhat spiked blue hair, pale blue eyes that sport a tired expression, and lacks eye brows. When he re-attaches his head to his body, he puts in on sideways. His body lacks clothes.

His original design sees him with slicker hair, and his eyes look less tired. His chest was much lower than it is now.

History[]

Prior to Mad Father[]

Not much is known of his past. It can be presumed he was taken in to live with the Drevis family before he was eventually killed by Alfred via beheading.

During the events of Mad Father[]

Following Monika Drevis coming back as a vengeful ghost and placing a curse upon the mansion, the Headless Man, among many other test subjects and dolls, come back to life. Since he's just a head, he doesn't assist the others in seeking revenge against the Drevis family, being more concerned about finding his body than anything.

Aya first encounters his head on top of a table at the Basement 1F Mortuary. If she examines it, he feebly asks her where his body is. Afterwards, if she heads towards the entrance to the next room, one of the blankets on the table gets up, but examining it reveals it's empty underneath. After that, if she tries to leave to the next area, his body opens the door from the other side, and begins following Aya.

If Aya leads his body towards his head, his body picks up the head and puts it on sideways. He then thanks Aya for her help and leaves a Gem on the floor for her to collect. He then climbs back on the table to presumably sleep.

During the events of Blood Mode[]

The Headless Man's role is exactly the same as in Normal Mode with no differences.
